Synopsis

Bigil (2019) is a high-octane sports action drama that celebrates the spirit of football and women's empowerment, now available on HDMovieHub. The story centers on Michael Rayappan (Vijay), a former football prodigy whose promising career was cut short by a tragic incident involving his father, the local don Rayappan (also played by Vijay). Years later, Michael is living as a powerful gangster in North Chennai to fulfill his father's legacy of protecting their community. On HDMovieHub, the plot kicks into high gear when Michael's friend Kathir, the coach of the Tamil Nadu women's football team, is attacked and injured. Michael is forced to step in as the team's substitute coach. Facing a team of girls who doubt his past and a corrupt sports federation led by J.K. Sharma (Jackie Shroff), Michael must transform a group of underdogs into champions while battling the ghosts of his own past.
