Synopsis

Paddington, now happily settled with the Brown family in Windsor Gardens, has become a popular member of the local community. With his Aunt Lucy's 100th birthday approaching, Paddington finds the perfect gift in Mr. Gruber’s antique shop: a unique "pop-up" book of London. To afford it, he takes on a series of odd (and hilarious) jobs, from window washing to barbering. However, when the book is suddenly stolen by a washed-up actor and master of disguise, Phoenix Buchanan (Hugh Grant), Paddington is wrongly accused of the crime and sent to prison. While the Browns work tirelessly to clear his name, Paddington befriends the hardened criminals in jail—including the terrifying chef Knuckles McGinty (Brendan Gleeson)—by sharing his famous marmalade sandwiches.
