Synopsis

Set in 1920s British-occupied India, the story begins with the cold-blooded abduction of Malli, a young tribal girl, by the tyrannical British Governor Scott Buxton. Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR), the protector of the Gond tribe, travels to Delhi in disguise to rescue her. Meanwhile, A. Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan), a high-ranking Indian officer in the British police, is tasked with capturing the "tribal leader" to earn a promotion that will help him fulfill a secret, life-long promise to his village. Unaware of each other’s true identities, Bheem and Raju meet during a daring rescue of a child and become inseparable best friends. Their "bromance" is tested when their conflicting missions finally collide. What follows is an explosion of action, betrayal, and redemption as they realize their common enemy is the British Empire.
