Synopsis

Buster Moon and his crew have turned the New Moon Theater into a local hit, but Buster has his sights set on a bigger prize: debuting a new show at the Crystal Tower Theater in glamorous Redshore City. To impress the ruthless mogul Jimmy Crystal, Buster makes a desperate promise—he’ll land the legendary, reclusive rock star lion, Clay Calloway, for the show. Now, while his performers face their own fears and challenges on the big stage, Buster must embark on a quest to find the grieving rock legend and convince him to return to the spotlight.
