Synopsis

Following the monumental battle in Germany alongside the Avengers, 15-year-old Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns to Queens, New York. Under the watchful (and occasionally distant) eye of his mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), Peter tries to balance his life as a sophomore at Midtown School of Science and Technology with his secret identity as a crime-fighter. He’s tired of being just the "friendly neighborhood Spider-Man" and is desperate to prove he’s ready for the big leagues. Peter’s patience is tested when he stumbles upon a gang of criminals led by Adrian Toomes (Michael Keaton), who are scavenging alien Chitauri technology from the Battle of New York to build and sell high-tech black-market weapons. As the "Vulture," Toomes is a dangerous threat that Tony Stark warns Peter to stay away from. However, when Peter's personal life and superhero duties collide in a shocking twist, he must decide what kind of hero he wants to be—with or without his high-tech suit.
