📖 Synopsis
Thamma (2025) is the latest chilling chapter in the Maddock Supernatural Universe (the world of Stree, Bhediya, and Munjya). This time, the terror shifts to a sprawling, eerie estate where ancient family secrets refuse to stay buried.
The story follows a young man (Ayushmann Khurrana) who returns to his ancestral home to settle a property dispute, only to encounter the spirit of his overbearing and supernatural grandmother—the "Thamma." Unlike the ghosts we've seen before, Thamma is a strictly traditional spirit who is displeased with the modern ways of her descendants.
With Rashmika Mandanna playing a mysterious woman with a hidden connection to the spirit world and Paresh Rawal providing comedic brilliance as a cowardly exorcist, Thamma blends dark folklore with sharp humor.
