Synopsis

Parker, a dedicated social worker with a troubled past, cares deeply for the families on his watch. He becomes particularly protective of a young girl and her mother, Dahlia, who are struggling to make ends meet. However, their lives are thrown into chaos when the girl's father is released from prison and immediately returns to a life of crime, dragging his family back into a world of violence and drugs.
