Synopsis

Two years after the events of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his tribe are forced into a deadly conflict with a rogue paramilitary group known as Alpha-Omega. Led by the ruthless and fanatical Colonel (Woody Harrelson), the humans are determined to exterminate the apes to ensure human survival as a new mutation of the Simian Flu begins to strip mankind of its speech and intelligence. After suffering an unimaginable personal loss during a night raid, Caesar is consumed by a desire for revenge. He abandons his tribe's journey to a "promised land" to hunt down the Colonel.
