Synopsis

Arjun Reddy Deshmukh (Vijay Deverakonda) is a brilliant but highly volatile senior medical student with severe anger management issues. His life finds a center when he falls into an obsessive, deep-seated romance with a timid junior student, Preethi Shetty (Shalini Pandey). Their relationship is a whirlwind of passion, but it hits a wall when Preethi’s traditional father vehemently opposes their union. After a heated confrontation and a misunderstood ultimatum, Preethi is forcibly married off to someone else. Devastated and unable to cope, Arjun spirals into a dark abyss of alcoholism, drug abuse, and casual flings while continuing to function as a top-tier surgeon.
